Our story begins more than 27 years ago, inside the beloved Paulie’s restaurant, where our cookies quickly became a customer favorite. What started as a simple dessert grew into a tradition—one that families, friends, and regulars came to know and love.

At the end of 2025, the restaurant that started it all closed its doors, but the cookies didn’t disappear. We are the same team and the same recipes. Keeping the same classic cookie recipes that have brought comfort, joy, and a little sweetness to so many over the years. Every batch is made with the same care, quality, and love that customers have trusted for decades.

While this is a new chapter, our hearts remain the same. We can’t wait to continue serving the cookies you know and love—and to welcome both longtime fans and new customers alike.
